 - Culinary Council: Join a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff that meet once a month with the Resident District Manager and General Manager to discuss dining suggestions, ideas and events. 
    Attend one or all, meeting dates and times are posted on the dining events calendars.

Our chef is adding more plant-based recipes to our menu, rice & bean staples to the hot line, plus daily station & salad bar features. Please look for the menu icons denoting Vegan (VG) and Vegetarian (V) dishes. 
There is now an expanded McCormick spice rack at the York UCook station, so you can add a little or add a lot of seasonings to your meal creation to enjoy it according to your desired flavor profile.
We are designating staff to ensure silverware and napkins are replenished in a timely manner and tables are frequently cleaned. Need something? Just ask! 
This reduces the amount of time food is on the serving line. Stations will be replenished frequently and made to order, whenever possible, to ensure the freshest product. 
The fruit bar in York and Hilltop is now available throughout the day and separated into different serving wells instead of served as a mixed fruit salad. 
Both the Campus and Regional Executive Chefs continually work with the cooks to build on skills and incorporate new recipes through training demos and workshops.
