We Heard You!

Each semester, the campus community has the opportunity to share ratings, comments, and feedback through our online survey platform for a chance to win exciting prizes! We compile these responses and share them with the teams at each dining location on campus to help improve your experience. Outside of survey periods, you’re always welcome to reach out to us with any questions or suggestions.

We're happy to say York's froyo machine is back! We had a supply issue that kept it unavailable for most of the fall semester, but it’s now fully restocked and ready for you to enjoy for the foreseeable future.

During the fall semester, the smoothie station ran on odd hours due to staffing challenges. We now have it open for the entire day and are in the process of ordering more blenders to help shorten the lines and provide an allergen-friendly blender!

Over the summer, we transitioned to new One & All branded tags, featuring a fresh, updated look. While these tags include fewer nutritional details, allergen information is still clearly listed. For full menus with complete nutritional information, visit each dining hall location on our website or check the Everyday app.

York has added an omelette bar every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7 – 9:45 AM and Hilltop has started making breakfast sandwiches during the weekdays to add more options for breakfast.

We are working on building recipes for many of the ingredients found at UCook during lunch and dinner to help give inspiration to those who use the station.

During the fall semester, we began featuring the entire month of lunch specials on our table toppers and sharing the schedule in our stories. Moving forward, a flyer with the monthly lunch specials will also be posted at the entrance of the Bear’s Den so it’s even easier to plan your visit!

During the fall semester, we added kiosks at Swirl and Quick Byte to help the ordering process. We also added Swirl to the Everyday app for easy pick-up and Kiwibot delivery.

We’ve added more trash cans to the dining space at York for your convenience. You’re also welcome to place any trash on the conveyor belt, and our team will take care of it for you!
