The Bear's Den at Memorial Union
The Bear’s Den at Memorial Union is our retail dining location that offers a variety of cuisine, grab and go items, snacks, bottled beverages and more. At the Bear’s Den you will find hot beverages, the Bakery, Serrano with made-to-order burritos and bowls, Hissho Sushi(during the academic year), The Farmhouse Grill, Peking Plate with made to order stir-fry, Neapolitan, serving pizza, calzones, hot subs and pasta, Handcrafted Deli and Harvest, a traditional salad bar.
During the academic year at The Bear’s Den, the meal exchange is offered from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for Unlimited Meal Plan holders. Guests using a meal exchange can choose from a special meal exchange menu.

Craft It is a made-to-order deli station featuring cold cuts, assorted cheeses, bakery fresh rolls and sliced breads, along with premium and classic egg, tuna, chicken salads and more!

This extensive salad bar has all your favorite greens, toppings and mixed salads. Make it a meal when you pair your salad with a cup of soup or chili.
Hissho Sushi
A fan favorite on campus, Hissho Sushi offers a variety of freshly prepared sushi and sushi rolls made daily.
Neapolitan at Eatily
Neapolitan offers your favorite, hot, grab and go items including cheese breadsticks with marinara sauce, personal pizzas, gluten-free pizza, baked sub sandwiches, Buffalo chicken wraps and Falafel Pitas.

Serrano at Rice and Beans
Your one-stop-shop for burritos and burrito bowls, offering alternating proteins, including tequila lime chicken, carne asada steak or tofu sofritas. Top it off with local salsas and guacamole.
The Bakery
Enjoy fresh baked pastries, cakes and muffins. Also serving Carrabassett Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea, and other beverages.
