The Oakes Room in Fogler Library

Located inside Fogler Library at the heart of the University of Maine campus, the Oakes Room is the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee on the way to class, to have a quick snack, study, or just spend some time with your laptop, tablet, or a good book!
The Oakes Room has two Costa Coffee machines and a Vicki Machine, offering Simply to Go sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages (selections may vary). These machines are self service and available when the Fogler Library is open. **Summer 2026 Update:****The Costa Coffee machines will be closed on the weekends until the start of the fall semester. If you are in need of a beverage, the Vicki machine offers cold beverages! **
